Spend the class working on your snatch. You have the option to do snatch, power snatch, hang snatch, or hang power snatch. If you don’t know the difference, you really need to get in today.

  1. Snatch Day!

    Happy to practice the snatch today. I really need to get comfortable landing in a full squat. progress today I was able to make it 75# in a full snatch. Lowered the weight to 65# for the rest of the class to work on it and felt great!

    I liked the focus on progressions today, thanks Patrick.

    65 – 75 – 85 … wrist was very gimpy today so switched to Dumbbell Snatches (left arm)
    20 – 30 – 35 – 40 – 50

    Practiced Double Unders – got to 18-20 a couple times.

  4. Dropped into the 7:00am class since I don’t expect I’ll want to leave the house once the storm hits. Loved it! I’ve never been more awake before 9:00am 😀

    500m Row: 1:36 … I really ran out of steam the last 100m or so, hit 250m at ~44s and kept the pace until about 400m then my pull muscles stopped wanting to pull :O

      1. Yay!!!! He is soooo sweet! He is walking very well. Micah diceded to climb out of his exersaucer today. I am not quite sure how since I was with Kaleb, but I walked in to his head almost touching the floor with his feet mostly stuck in the foot part. If I hadn’t come in at that exact moment he would have hit the ceramic floor! Guess the exersaucer isn’t a safe place anymore :)Oh, kids and their fun excitement ..but, great job Sonshine!!!!
