    Been working so much on squat snatches, that power snatches were a challenge.
    My brain can direct my body to do a full squat or nothing at all, it seems. So I was not getting under the bar as well as I should have and ended up pressing out a few of the snatches at the top.

    WOD: Started at 55#, ended at 65#

    Supposed to be a rest day but didn’t want to miss an opportunity to work on my snatch… Just kept the weight as light as good form would allow me, really wanted to practice with good form.

    I really need to be better at the ‘touch & go’…I take way too much time to pick it back up – although Kevin’s coaching on how to bring it back down properly made a big difference.
