Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders
Rest 4 minutes

Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
Hang power cleans (205/135#)
Each time you break, perform 30 squats

    AMRAP in 8 mins
    Shoulder presses (@65#)
    Each time you break, perform 50 DU’s
    7,4,5,3,2 = 21
    5 sets of 50 DU’s unbroken! Must be a PR lol

    Rest 4 minutes

    AMRAP in 8 mins
    Hang power cleans (@95#)
    Each time you break, perform 30 squats
    13,13,11,7 = 44
    (only got in 21 squats on last set)

    WOD
    AMRAP in 8 min:
    Shoulder presses (65#)
    Each break, 25 DU alternating / 1 SU
    10,6,6,7=30
    **Reached 20 DU alternating during one of my penalty rounds. That is a PR for me!! I was so excited and frustrated 😜.

    Rest 4 minutes

    Then, AMRAP in 8 min:
    Hang power cleans (85#)
    Each break, 30 squats
    10,7,5,5,7=34
    **Last round of HPC’s finished at time cap.

    Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
    Hang power cleans 145#
    Each time you break, perform 30 squats
    6/7/6/5, 3 squats at cap

    135-145… missed a set due to press issue

    Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
    Shoulder presses (115/75#) – Scaled to 85#
    Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders – Scaled to 40 DUs]
    13/4/6/7… all skipping unbroken (happy about that)

    Rest 4 minutes

    Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
    Hang power cleans (205/135#) – Scaled to 135#
    Each time you break, perform 30 squats
    10/9/7/8/// squats… slow and steady

    Some good… some bad

    There was a lot of time doing squats, I didn’t mind the skipping, but the squats were tough.
