    PR of 3:13 from 2011. Happy with that, wasn’t sure what to expect because my fitness journey has gone through a few ups & downs over the last few years.. But in 2012 I started to take my diet a little more seriously so I expect most of my PR is from that.

    I wrote “fun wod!” in my comments in 2011….it’s still a fun wod!

    That was my first 6am class and it was impressive..👍. You guys are serious about this stuff. (I’ve seen Remi post his results before but it was way better to see him in action…plus, I never really believed his numbers!) 😜😜. Now, I have to!
