  2. Ok ! I have not been to CF for about 3 weeks now with the wedding and the honeymoon so this morning, I did the WOD (at home) and though I was going to die ! I was running outside and I did my squats and my burpees in my shed hahaha ! I finished it in 24:01 🙂 Can’t wait to be back next week !!!

  5. Did Fran Rx at Crossfit Colosseum

    Time= 8:50

    Almost 3 min slower than last time. Heat and travelling maybe? I don’t care! Camille LeBlanc Bassinet was beside me giving me a push through my pullups and thrusters and I got a hug at the end lol. I was a bit star struck!
