    EMOM for 6 min (we had a 6 minute EMOM not 8 as posted on the website…I would like to do this again with more rounds)
    Min 1 – 10 Burpees :28, :24, :22 seconds
    Min 2 – 14 Jumping Lunges
    I didn’t realize my row was racing…couldn’t keep up with the old farts 😉
