    PR of 1:48 from June. Also used #65 today compared to #60 last time and did doubles instead of singles. Felt much worse after this time though. I’m not sure I want to be friends with Mr Curtis P anymore.

  7. Hey guys, I got a call from the manager at Eastern Fence and apparently he almost hit someone this morning while they were on their run. He acknowledged that some people had reflective clothing on, which is great, but some were wearing completely dark clothing. With the rain this morning, it made visibility even more inadequate, so please be cautious or wear something reflective when running. This is the one case where you will not pass out before you die. Your safety is our biggest concern. Thanks!

        CF Kinetics started a ‘fight club friday’ – folks from the gym can challenge anyone else in the gym to a WOD on fridays, as long as it’s rx’ed or scaled the same for both parties. it sounds like a fun idea to me

    This was a tough WOD, but I really liked it. That run in the pouring rain felt GREAT after Curtis P. Very refreshing in a Cross Fit sort of way.
