    I did sets 5 on pull-ups except round 4 I did 10 unbroken. Which I paid for dearly on the last round

    Happy with the consistency, and that I was able to do all pullups unbroken – used switch grip because of my shoulder and it worked out well (reverse grip for bad arm, normal for good arm)

    I was surprisingly fast on pullups which saved me some time as my runs were slow.
