Cara November 25, 2015 at 8:43 pm 4 days off felt like 2 weeks…but was so happy to be there tonight 🙂 split jerk x2 95-115-135-145-155# …had to make a conscious effort not to drop after one rep, bringing it back down was hard shoulder press x3 45-65-85-85-75-75-75-75-75# tried to hang with big boys for convenience and that didn’t work for me, dropped down after 2 sets haha 1/2 tabata V-snaps 12-10-10-8 = 40 Thanks Amanda!
