  1. Wasn’t sure how todays WOD was gunna be since i’ve been sick lately but im very happy with my results. Great workout today:)

Subbed the 50 doubleunders with 150 singleunders because my doubleunders need more practice.

    Time: 16:05

  2. Lunges were bad yes….but for me the situps were my weakest point!

    16:25 for me

The picture is nice….we were quite serious! 😀

  3. Oh yeah, and me either I changed the 50 doubleunders with 150 singleunders.

I will have to practice them at home….

  4. Would you look at that! I knew it seemed like a familiar workout. My last time was 15:37. So I guess I got a PR today!

  5. I set myself up at my house and did the following:

    50 Situps (anchored)
50 Lunges (ok that hurt, from Thursday, I got physically stuck on a couple lunges)
    50 Situps (anchored)
125 double tap single unders, exploading on second jump and 1 Double Under at the end!
    50 Situps (anchored)
    50 Burpees
    50 Situps (anchored)

Time: 31:27, burpees and the last set of situps killed me…. M38/6’0″/214

I am down in Halifax for work on Tuesday, so I will hopefully be able to do the WOD down there! See you Thursday…. (I tried to do the WOD at our park, but they run a football practice there on Saturday afternoons I guess)……
