And the CrossFit Open will be here before you know it. Training starts now, not 2 weeks leading up to it. So if double unders are still giving you troubles, start now. If you’ve been putting off muscle-ups for a while, start working progressions. Maybe your cardio isn’t where you want it. Get on the rower or start doing cashout burpees. Just don’t wait until the last minute.
