For the first minute, do 1 Front Squat
Second minute, do 2 Front Squats
Etc.

Continue until you are unable to perform the required amount in that minute. Men’s weight is 95#, women’s weight is 65#.

    15 rounds +7 PR of almost a round!! Pretty HAppy with the improvement!!!

    Tonight, I leaned a few simple things you should avoid to do right after an intense crossfit legs workout. Like taking a route that contains multiple stops or lights when you’ve driving a car standard because that could cause heavy legs shaking and verbal violence with other drivers!! And you should also avoid choosing the item on the bottom shelve of the grocery store because you have a high risk of collapsing, making funny noise and ugly faces.

  26. Anyways, did a 400m with (2) 20# weighted vest + (1) 12# vest in 1:54 (I think).

    Sad with my weight and reps. Last time we did this one, I used 65lbs and made it to 17 rounds.

  28. So to add to the misery, I tried some weighted dips on the rings. Never tried those before.

    And with the 52# on me, decided to try a 400m run. The first part was ok, but the way back was absolute torture. I now know what it’s like for a 235# man to run.
    Did it in 1:28.
