    4 rounds of 25 reps

    Used 35# kb For first 50 reps but right knee started to bother me so finished remaining 50 as regular lunges

    Time was 25:15

    100 Push Press (45/35#) – 45# – 100 reps
    100 Situps – 85 reps
    100 Overhead KB Lunges (50/35#) – 30# – 80 reps

  3. Run 1 km (6:10)

    100 push press (45) set of 50,30,20
    100 sits ups (25s) to break up push presses
    100 kb lunges (40#) slow and broken
