The first partner completes the full round (21 Wallballs, 200m Run), and then tags the second partner to do the same. Score is total rounds and reps completed inside the team.

    Today my partner was Jose.. He used a 20# ball and I used an 8#.. I chose to aim for the 10 foot line and I even managed a few rounds of wallballs unbroken! We managed 10 sweaty rounds plus 3 reps..
