    X3 reps #135-145-(150 only got 2 failed on 3)

    Deadlifts with Tara! ❤️
    Worked up to what I thought was 200#. Was actually 205#. Failed 3 times then realized I had already lifted 200# so PR! LOL thanks for lifting with me Tara and congrats on your PR!
    Also thanks for the tips Shane

    Used 25# kb. Next time use more. I should have used 30#

    1. Surprise PR’s are the BEST!!
      I’m glad our math was off, otherwise I might have gotten stuck on 215#
