    This was a KILLER! Especially the back and forth on the burpees, the timing just felt…odd the whole time.

    I know I slowed you down on the last burpees Lance, but thanks for the push(es). Overall pretty happy with how hard I was able to push my limits, and I have to our admit our “unbroken wall balls” were pretty.

    -50 box jumps (5 reps at a time)(15″)
    -100 wall balls#6 (10 reps at a time. ) We messed this up at first thinking it was 5 reps at a time but later figured it out. I had several no reps with these! 🙁
    -200 double unders scaled to 600 singles (100 at a time)
    -100 KBS #35 (10reps at a time)
    -50box jumps (5 reps at a time)(15″)
    -50 pull ups scaled to ring rows (5reps at a time)
    -50 burpees (1 at a time)

    100 [email protected] 20# (10 reps each) I had to scale to a 9# ball David loved how fast I was able to complete my reps.
    600 Singles (60 each)
    100 [email protected] 53# (10 each) I did Russian swings
    50 BJ 24″ box
    50 Pullups
    50 Burpees
