With a partner, complete as many reps as possible in 1 min.

Box Step-ups
Burpees over bag
Sprints

All with a 40# sand bag, 1 min rest between rounds

    Surprise….with a 40 pound sandbag.
    Second Surprise…I showed up for Surprise Wod.
    Score: OCD Corinna and ADHD Laura messed up the count. No Surprise!

  5. Fun group warmup of partner planks (with sandbag on back) and sprinting.

    WOD
    With a partner, complete as many reps as possible in 1 min of:
    Situps
    Squats
    Box Step-ups
    Burpees
    Sprints (20m = 1 rep)
    Rest 1 minute
    Complete 3 rounds

    And surprise….do all moves with a 40# sandbag (burpess OVER bag)

    Tumbling on the box step ups while my hands were “trapped” in the handles of the bag was, ummmmm…….interesting? LOL! I almost landed on my face on the other side of the box.
