100 Push Press (45/35#)
100 Situps
100 Overhead KB Lunges (50/35#)

    100 OH KB lunges @20# (happy I didn’t try RX or any higher!)

    1km Row
    100 Push Press 45#
    100 Sit ups with abmat
    100 OH KB Lunges 35#

    Split the reps up any way you’d like – I did sets of 20 starting with sits ups and lunges to start then when I had 20 lunges left I went 20 Push press and 5 lunges.

    First real test for left IT band with lunges and it felt good after, KB was in right arm whole time cause left did cause discomfort in the left knee.

    – 100 OH KB lunges 40#
    Switched the order to lunge –> sit up –> push press, did 2 rounds of 20 reps then the rest 10 reps
    = 24:00
