    18:49…. PR 2:08 – thought I had used higher weight last year but nope, did the exact same. Happy I hauled my bum out of bed this morning!

    When I saw the WOD last night I wondered why I gagged a little. Then I found my post from last time I did this in 2012 and I remember why. I didn’t cry this time… so, double PR? 🙂

    1. I said the same thing, I just kept thinking “man, my bw is heavvvy” haha also, I would much rather clean and jerk my body weight.

    Def not a PR on time, but last year I did the DL at 75# and used the 12′ box and did it in 13:26.

    This was first time and WOD ever
    using the 20′ box. Excited about that.

    This was really tough! I struggled hard with the 400 meter runs and they were really slow. Overall though, I liked this one.

    Big congrats to Remi & Tracy on the 500 club. I think this is a first that Kevin gets a shirt on such a grand occasion 🙂
