  4. I know my 5k time by now and it’s been pretty consistent.

    Tried a 20min Assault Bike session instead to see what that would be like. … 11.335km

    55-58 rpm @ 228 watt output… pretty consistent from start to finish. It’s a bit of mental grind with no break. Will try it again to see if score improves now that I know what to expect.
