    Did good on the consistency but need try to pull and drive harder next time.

    Felt like my max was a little slower than it should have been… had a weird 20-30 in the middle of that interval where I lost my pace and either wanted to go slower or faster and have hard time to maintain pace.

    This wasn’t as easy as it looks to do, when I went hard it was difficult to keep it around 26.
    Have to work on the rest portion of rowing.
