    30 step ups 24”
    40’ sled push – Weighted w/ 45# sand bag
    Score: 5 rounds + 15 Box Step-ups

    Score is in the Wall balls and getting bigger sets

    First time using 20# wb in wod…was tough…quite a few no reps 🙂 and little legs on 24” fun!

  6. Did the rowing test a few weeks ago.. Purple 2.

    I have a better understanding of how the pacing works since we’ve been doing this testing so I’m anxious for the next one to see what kind of improvement I can make. If any.
