    I think he was averaging 1:47 Pace, I was 1:50!!
    Having a fast partner like Remi didn’t give me much of a break!

    Total distance at the 45 min mark = 10,635m

    We broke it up in 1,000m chunks. In terms of speed, I was all over the map. Starting the 1000 out at 1:45 pace and ending around 2:05.

    Maintained 1:42-44 pace

    Powerlifting homework:

    Press x 5
    35-55-65-75-85 (got two reps. Was able to do at least 4 at that weight near the end of the strength cycle so I’ve definitely lost some)

    Dumbbell press: 3 sets of 10
    20- 25 (only got 7 reps)- 20

    Dips: 3 sets of 10
    Did them on 12 inch boxes

    Barbell curls: 3 sets of 10
    Stayed with 35 as I could just barely hit the 10 reps each set.

    Rowing sprints: 3 x 200 m

    We switched every 5 minutes until 40 then 1 2:30 each.
    Rowed at 2:00 pace for most of the 500’s and the last 250 at 1:50 to 1:53

    1. Fun times Gabe, thanks for partnering up and the 5 minute plan worked great! My rows were all between 2:15 and 2:20 pace.

  11. Teamed up with the amazing Heather Wood. She rowed 2 mins and I rowed 1 min with one arm, as per Kevin’s instructions.
    We rowed 57something metres, I don’t know exactly. My book is in my locker and I don’t remember.
    I’m thinking of going to see an osteopath for my shoulder and all my various injuries. If anyone has any input or has seen one before, let me know, I’d love to hear about it!

    Week 2 weigh-in:
    210.2lbs, which is almost 2lbs down from last week🙂
