    Main goal for this wod was to see how far off the 1:30 mark I am, which is about 20-30 meters.

    Watched Patrick playing around on the pull up bars and during a convo with him some “I can’t’s” slipped out, which earned me 30 “I Can’t” burpees. (doing them tomorrow)

    Attempted bar muscle ups, and thanks to Blake’s reminder on transition, I got my first bar muscle up. Then did a couple more to show Kevin. Need to work on more strength for less kipping.

    Almost matched my Double Under PR on the first set.. Got too eager and tripped on the 50th rep!!!! Dammit!! 😀

    I was expecting a time over 10 mins on this one so I’m Super pumped at my time!

    Definitely feels odd to do a WOD at noon but I actually liked it! 🙂

    Kevin tweaked my form on my 100’s so I wanted to test it out a bit more..

    I’m always amazed at how much lighter the weight feels once you make even the smallest change to your form…thanks for the help Kevin. Those heavier ones felt great and they were pretty close to my 1x max.

  20. Efficient or not, I get em’ in at least the “ugly” way!! Maybe I need a similar pic to kick my butt in gear and get them nicer and smoother??!!

    Row and run was decent, stuck with DU through it.. Most of them one at a time!
