    This is a huge PR! Last time I did this WOD was July 26 2012! I was only 3 months into CrossFit and I used a 25# KB, green band for pull ups and did assisted push ups with a small band. I didn’t finished and had 20 reps left. BAM! There’s 2 years of progression for ya! Next time, I am finished this WOD 100% certain!

    DU’s did not go my way today. 1st two rounds I could hardly string more that 5 together. Round 3 I managed 42, which I think is a PR. One extreme to the other.
