    Upper body pull: 7 strict pullups (Purple I), x .15BW (Purple II)

    Lactic tol. 21-15-9 @65# + jumping pullup

    Just did the following

    85 x 5
    105 x 3
    124 x 3

    Upper Body Pull
    3 strict x 4

    Lactic Tolerance (Levelled up to Brown II)
    15-12-9
    Thrusters @ 65#
    Pullups
    Time: 5:09

  3. Front Squat
    115×5-165×3-225-250(Brown to Brown I)

    Upper Body Pull
    25×5-45×3+65-85 (Red to Red II)

    Lactic Tolerance
    Fran
    21-15-9
    Thrusters 95#
    Pulllups
    Time–> 6:24 (Remain at Brown II)
    Best time on this was 5:52 in 2014 for future notes.

  4. Front Squat
    95 x 8 – 135 x 5 – 165 x 3 – 185 x 1 – 205 x 1 – 215 x 1 (PR!!!! up to purple I go)

    Upper Body Pull
    Built up to 53# so levelled up to Black 1, tried 60# but only got to my mouth.

    Lactic Tolerance
    21-15-9
    Thrusters (75#)
    Jumping Chest 2 Bar

    4:55 just can’t crack that 4:30 need to work on getting those thrusters unbroken.

  5. Front squat – from Yellow 3 to Yellow 2
    55(x6), 65(x8), 70(x8)

    UB Pull – stayed at Orange 2
    Attempted strict chin-up.
    Then EMOM chin-up 5sec negatives.

    Lactic Tolerance – repeated Orange
    15-12-9
    Burpees
    Jumping Pullups
    4:23

    Upper body pull:
    Attempted purple III but failed
    Stayed the same purple II

    Lactic tolerance:
    21-15-9(65#)

    Time: 3:28
    Orange III to Blue II

    1. Front squat
      Worked towards 240 failed. Happy at 220

      Upper body pull
      Worked up to 7 Strict pull-ups. Up from 4.

      21-15-9
      Thrusters 75#
      C2B jumping pull-ups
      4:29. Glad I was watching the clock and got them finished in time

      Pretty tired today. Up early a few times and Halloween party at school drained the rest from me

    -tried 5 sec chin over bar hold – no go
    -worked on scap pulls
    -staying @ yellow 3

    @ 6mins got 6 Burpees in of last set

    * leg not feeling great today
