  1. Alright, this is a busy weekend! 2 things going on!

    Who’s coming to Poker Night at the gym on Saturday? It starts after the Santa Claus Parade.

    Also, CrossFit Saint John is holding their grand opening on Sunday at 10:30am. I’ll be leaving with a carload at about 9am. Who’s coming with me??

  3. After a couple days in bed because of a cold and 2 crazy long days at work that kept me away from the gym….I decided it was enough….I need to do something.

    In the basement….
    1K row warmup
    10 squats+10 pushups

    wod: 150 KBS #35
    Time: 9:59 min

    Bad news: No chalk, nobody to motivated me and an ”end of cold” that extend my recovery time.
    Good news: It’s still a PR and I am glad I did something.

  5. I did double unders in my warm-up and felt some flow. I went for a PR and got one! 78 double unders in a row! Woohoo!

    The workout was brutal. Used 135# for front squats.

    4 rounds + 25 burpees + 8 front squats
