In 19:18, complete as many rounds as possible of:

    11 Rounds + 11 Box Jumps + 2 Kb Swings

    This was good!

  4. I stayed after and had mom and Tamara cheering me on.

Finished 15 rounds with a few seconds to spare.

Those box jumps were hard after the lunges. Did anyone else find that?

  5. Awesome Kevin…15 rounds! I wish I could have done it at the same time as you… maybe I would have done a bit better!

But still 2 full rounds more than me is a lot….I don’t know if I would have been able to keep up your pace.

  6. The box jumps were hard at first, but I got my groove after 5 rounds in. The KBSs were the hardests for me. My back tightened right up and I had to break up my sets.

You could easily get another round in.
