In 19:18, complete as many rounds as possible of:
11 Box Jumps (24/20″)
11 Kettlebell Swings (50/35#)
Rest for 1 min in silence
Then take your KB for 1 km.
Keep in mind that Canadians pushed the Germans back 5km on Vimy Ridge, so 1 km isn’t that much.
