    2K row because, well it’s raining 🙁 8:30ish

    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats
    1M run because F the rain! 10:15 ish
    49:29 not a PR but it was just about making the best reps I could today and getting through it (NFT), especially the push-ups
