    Did the first round of du’s unbroken, that was a mistake at this stage of my return… Haha

  9. WOD with 30#. I scaled to purple but I accidentally did 30 reps each of the burpees, I didn’t notice that purple only had 25 and brown was 30.
    And, had to stop during my second set of double-unders for a bathroom break.. I’m guessing I lost around a minute or a little more?

    First round did 60 DU’s in a row. Probably the most consecutive doubles I’ve ever done. Usually around 38 things fly all to hell. Dumbell burpees fired up the shoulders. I think due to the angle you’re shoulder is at when you activate it to get up and not the weight at the top.
