    I can’t say that I enjoyed this workout. I almost signed the pukie wall, but I’m glad I didn’t! Vacation + junk food + alcohol = crappy workouts
    At least I had a wonderful vacation! Now it’s time to eat real food.

      1. If you were all hard core like me you would do it at home like I did, using a tree for pull ups, a rock for wall balls and Guy for a kettle bell. 😉

    I love this kind of WOD! Ha, especially when its over! Did as rx’d (except for band on pullups). Burpees suck. Burpees will always suck. The end.

    This is Iris from Crossfit Bathurst. We are doing the same workouts this week and the next I think. I was curious to find out your times for this one. Good job, you guys did great! And I see that you are still allowed to use elastics for your pull-ups…our crazy trainer took them away (don’t tell her I said that she will make me do burpees…oh maybe I should not post this…ah well! LOL!) She is ok thou, she lets us do jumping pull-ups instead (mine are very sad!).
