CrossFit gyms all over the world will be doing Fight Gone Bad for charity this Saturday. Sign up and be a part of it too! Scaling of the WOD will be available.

I have to back out of FGB. I’m training with the fire dept this weekend in Miramichi. From the looks of it, I wish the training or FGB was any other weekend but this one. Have fun guys….wish I could join you all.

If you have a limited membership you should be able to sign up for FGB and not affect the number of classes you attend this week. FGB is scheduled as an “Event” and not a “Class”. If someone tries, and it works, please let the group know.

WOD – hiking down a canyon with 13 Egyptians, jumping off of cliffs, sliding down rock faces, buzzing down ziplines and backflipping 20 feet into a pool of water. Awesome day!!

Yesterday`s wod – Three hours of hiking up to an elevation of 7000+ feet. Hard to breathe in thin air. We managed to snap a few handstand shots with the Jungfrau mountain peak in the background. Google that and check it out. We`ll post pics when we`re home.
Had 8 pennies in a pile but it seemed like a lot? Felt dizzy, this one was very hard on me. Even the push jerks where hard, couldn’t concentrate on my form. It went up pretty much randomly, when the bar went up I knew it wasn’t perfect

My depth perception was way off because I felt I was there but thanks to my spotters for noticing I was not, Marc and Marcel.

mobility plus 200m row and 20 burpees… I was rushing to get my workout in before the 3:15 crew came in so I jumped right into the WOD.
Used 55lbs (glad I did even though I would have loved to do it as rxed)
Total 8 rds plus 5 push jerks at 14:42 did not run as my peeps from the 3:15 were on their way in 🙂
I had a lot of fun coaching today! Everyone worked hard and gave it their all and thensome 😀 Great job !!!! Thank you for the nice comments on my coaching 🙂 it is much appreciated and let’s me know my efforts are helpful.

It works. I already registered for the amount of classes I can go in this week and I was able to register for FGB.
