    L-sit practice – EMOM 10mins. alternating legs, 8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8 ( about 12~15 second holds )

    1 Bar MU just for fun ; )

    1 Ring MU fail – almost high enough, still needs much much work

    Wod RX: 5:50 – OHS unbroken, doubles started good with large chunks, ended slow in small sets of 5 – couldn’t jump or breathe.

    Productive night after almost a week of being away. #greatfulbeingback!
