  1. Did this one last night. Very deceiving!

    As rx’d @ 95#.

    2 rounds + 2 of 6 OHS
    Total = 236 reps

    Felt like puking for 40min after

  2. WOD (95#):
    Modified with Front Squats instead of OHS.
    The mini-Fran in the middle was tough.
    1 Round + 9 Burpees of last couplet.

    Total Reps —> 198

  3. WOD Rx: 163 reps (1 round + thruster 1 of the set of 6)

    Though one, funny how it was split in J’s and M’s. Good job everyone, enjoy the sun!
