Five rounds for total reps of:
135 pound Thruster, 15 seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
50 pound Weighted pull-up, 15 seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
Burpees, 15 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

Post total reps for all five rounds to comments.

    Now I’m off for a family tour at Dorchester Federal Prison. Please note that I do not have family members serving at the Pen. lol! Laura is a psych nurse there and every couple of years they offer a family tour. Should be interesting…smiles..
