    This was really really tough. My time in April/10 was 13:20, but I didn’t mark my weight. I am guessing it was significantly less, as I don’t recall TGU being so brutal in past WOD’s.

    This was definitely a WOD to make coach smile…. I couldn’t help but notice the perma-grin on Kevin’s face as he watched us sweat it out this morning.

    It has come to my attention that Jeff and Marc were having fun at my expense last evening (9:17 pm is when the battle lines were drawn).Yesterday, I was busy saving the rain forest and breast feeding the world’s hungry children and I did not have time to post, ergo, Eat me!

    I do however appreciate the training video that you sent to me. You both have great form. I found it odd that 2 certified trainers focused solely on clean and jerks, but there was no snatch to be found.
