  2. There’s a 30 minute time cap on this sucker. We’ll see how people do!

    Also, there were a few people that missed the PARE the other day. If you want to stick around, we’re going to have a repeat at 7:30.

    So that’s what it’s like doing a CF WOD with Bench Press. Fun! I haven’t done that since my bodybuilding days. I wanted to play it safe tonight so I went with 3/4 body weight (approx). It felt pretty good.

  8. -I jumbled up the warm up and did a little of my own thing getting ready for this wod

    -Practiced handstands!

    Strength- Push Jerks 1-1-1-1 (135,155,165,185) the 185 was more of a push press.. lol
    I thought about going for 200 but I didnt wanna push it before sumo DEADlift Highpukes.

    W0D- 25 something minutes of Raw hell.

    Everyone was strong today, good job folks ! πŸ˜€

  9. Ok, that sucked! Bad idea! BUT, nobody can deny…it was a great workout.

    Used a 45# bar and finished it at 23:56.

    That’s a very high power workout, so I calculated it.

    got to around 180 SDHP at the end of time.
    That last minute was the longest and most painful minute of my life and thanks for all the support everyone.

    PS. And yes kevin when i did my Burpees for the Burpee challenge i added the ten i owed you.

    50 x SDHP @ 45pound bar
    60 x push-ups
    100 x SDHP @ 45pound bar
    40 x push-ups
    200 x SDHP @ 45pound bar
    20 x push-ups

    Time: 25:14 – Killer workout, surprised my last 20 push-ups finished real strong. πŸ™‚ Also the 1st day that I just said NO to the resistance bands on the PU bar… now to work on my kipping.
