Heather B is one of our Precision Nutrition clients. She’s been at it since August, and has been making small, manageable changes in her daily habits. It wasn’t a huge change all at once. Just little steps on being better each day. And really, it’s not about the weight (fat) loss either. She now has a better relationship with food, and practices the “clean slate” habit if things aren’t going well. It really is a remarkable process.
