  1. There will be an open gym MONDAY from 1:30 to 3:30. You don’t need to register. Come in for a good time of strength, skill, conditioning and a race on the rower between Bender and I. That’s right Bender. It’s on like Donkey Kong.

  2. A huge thanks to everyone that made it out today for our theme wod. It meant a lot to me to see you all there with your pillow-bellies. Again, shows what kind of support and friendship we have at crossfit moncton. I actually got teary eyed for a moment and I know when my baby’s big day comes, I’ll still feel your support and it’ll be a strength that will help me through the labor/delivery for sure.

    1. It was a pleasure to be there today, Sonia. I second what Joanna said, you are an inspiration and you are going to be a fantastic Mom. As a parent I’ve learned that children do what they see…..(although we would often like them to do what they are told)….and just from watching you, its easy to see what a positive role model you are going to be for your daughter.

      Good luck in the coming days/weeks….I will be sending lots of easy labor vibes your way.

    But, I was told none of my last set of pushups counted, so DNF.

    That added weight made every move more challenging. So to all those ladies that continue working out with a bun in the oven, kudos!

  5. What a great picture of Sonia! Such an inspiration. I only made it to 32 weeks with my first pregnancy and to 38 weeks with my second; and a hard workout for me then was a 20 minute walk…that’s it. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. my first WOD, and i felt like i may have actually been pregnant, itll be a WOD i won’t forget!much harder than i anticipated, and i was scaled! not sure your arms are supposed to shake like that doing pushups? props to all the guys and gals how did it as Rx/above Rx/preggo (thans core!!!)

    The belly made it challenging to row and clean the bar. I was really glad to ditch the pillow after the WOD — It made me HOT! Fun day and holy crap Sonia it’s so impressive how you’ve been tackling WOD’s all through your pregnancy.
