Total reps – 126 @ #55 and ring rows instead of pull ups…I feel like I’m cheating when I do these…hopefully soon I will be doing a WOD with the bands.

Still waiting for the tequilla shot!

    1. Scaling evens the playing field, it never “cheats” by being an advantage – notice how everyone is equally foshizzled at the end of the wod 😉

12 reps less, but last time I only did DUs for the first 2 rounds. Glad I stuck with them, though there was no improvement to be had. Always something to work on.

Don’t know what happened in round 3. Pull ups were particularly painful. Overall pretty happy. Got a PR of 17 reps over last August, with 5# added to the clusters. Sadly, my PU”s have not improved.

Laura, you are my favorite person right now. Thank you for brightening my evening with the delicious treat, I can’t wait to make them!!

    1. I will post that recipe on the site shortly.. I stole from a few recipes so I want to make sure I right it done properly.

I almost cancelled because of coming off of night shifts. I am glad I did not because it felt great. I really enjoyed the work out and I also loved shooting the sh– with everyone. Crazy Bunch.

There was a knot in my rope on round 2…which made double unders a little challenging. LOL. Tank was EMPTY on last round and didn’t get through pull ups. Not my best performance. HA!
