The Hopper is a unique experience for me. It’s pretty much the only workout I ever get to do that I don’t program or know ahead of time. The unknown can be scary, but it’s also exciting. I’m very happy that many of you got to experience that with me on Saturday.
Getting 160+ athletes through two unknown workouts in a day is no small task. And none of it could have happened without all the help from our volunteers. You are the backbone of the Hopper. Thank you so much!
Congrats to all the competitors from CrossFit Moncton, especially the first timers. You showed up and threw down, conquering many fears and inspiring others. As Tara Betts would say, I love my Tribe!
