  1. Sonya when are you planing on leaving? Friday evening? and does anyone know when we will be getting back on the 21st? I have to sqweeze in my paramedic physical test somewhere lol

  2. Ed, not sure exactly what time on Friday we’ll be leaving, but evening for sure since Andrew is a teacher! I’m thinking maybe around 6-6:30 so we don’t have to eat supper in freddy, save on the expenses!! Would that be ok? Will you be staying at the Delta?

    1. hey sonia i was planning on going to freddy to cheer everyone on and i was wondering if you might be able to give me a lift down there as well. Me and ed were planning on spliting the cost of a room so thought it might be a good idea to go down together.

    2. Don’t know what rate your getting at the Delta, but you might want to ask for the NB resident rate. I remember using that last year as it was the best rate I could find there.

  5. WOW Jane…275 deadlift…it pretty amazing!! lol

    Decide to hit the road today instead of working out in the gym. The weather was so inviting!! After Kevin suggestion, I did:
    AMRAP in 20 min of:
    – Max pushup
    – 400m Run
    Score: 104 pushups (and 6×400 m run)
    I haven’t run much lately! So I’m happy I did it even if some cars were beeping and kids were laughing at me during pushup on boardwalk!

    Front Squats @ 5 Reps: 45-55-65-75-85
    WOD: AMRAPS in 10 minutes
    12 burbees
    12 pulls ups
    5 Rounds Even
    3 rounds on green, (last round on green was nasty) & 2 rounds on red.

    It was lonely today doing the 6 a.m. ALL by myself…Chantal, where were you? Hoping for some company tomorrow AM!
