Ed, not sure exactly what time on Friday we’ll be leaving, but evening for sure since Andrew is a teacher! I’m thinking maybe around 6-6:30 so we don’t have to eat supper in freddy, save on the expenses!! Would that be ok? Will you be staying at the Delta?
hey sonia i was planning on going to freddy to cheer everyone on and i was wondering if you might be able to give me a lift down there as well. Me and ed were planning on spliting the cost of a room so thought it might be a good idea to go down together.

Don’t know what rate your getting at the Delta, but you might want to ask for the NB resident rate. I remember using that last year as it was the best rate I could find there.

Decide to hit the road today instead of working out in the gym. The weather was so inviting!! After Kevin suggestion, I did:
AMRAP in 20 min of:
– Max pushup
– 400m Run
Score: 104 pushups (and 6×400 m run)
I haven’t run much lately! So I’m happy I did it even if some cars were beeping and kids were laughing at me during pushup on boardwalk!
