I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work in creating such an innovative and imaginative workout today. Not only was it challenging for me but it allowed me to pursue my optimal health that I have been so desperately seeking. It also allowed me to reflect on my own attitude!
To my 4:15 peeps…I apologize for my continuous profanity and on-going negativity. I will try harder tomorrow…

Well today is my 1 year anniversary at CrossFit Moncton! π
I started CrossFit with no previous gym experience and I’m doing things today I never thought possible one year ago. Here’s a look at my year by the numbers…

He sprained his wrist, I believe…
It is either sprained or there is a little bone broken in my wrist.
I did something stupid at the gym 2 months ago and it is still not healed!
My physio told me it can take up to 3 months to heal (maybe more)….it’s been only 2 now! π
