      1. It is either sprained or there is a little bone broken in my wrist.

        I did something stupid at the gym 2 months ago and it is still not healed!

        My physio told me it can take up to 3 months to heal (maybe more)….it’s been only 2 now! πŸ™

      1. haha… unbelievable after seeing me struggle trying to do one. I practiced by spinning a glow stick camping, and when I got back I consistantly did five or six in a row πŸ™‚ … now to keep my toes close to the grownd so I don’t knee myself in the face every time I jump πŸ™‚
