Pick a card

“Deck of Death”

  • Hearts = Burpees
  • Diamonds = Situps
  • Clubs = Pullups
  • Spades = Squats
  • Jokers = 400m run

Start by drawing the top card and do that many reps of the suit. For example, if you draw the 9 of Hearts, you’re doing 9 burpees. Face cards are all worth 10. The goal is to get through the whole deck as fast as you can.

    Deck of Death: 25:00 (pullups with elastic)

    38km road ride, 1hr 35 – recovery – still pretty stiff from the crash tuesday. physio is fixing my up though! i love stacey!

  5. Strength: Push Jerk (more like a Clean & Jerk because I wasn’t using a rack) 1-1-1-1-1
    45-65-85-95-105 PR by 5 pounds for Clean & Jerk
    I like lifting heavy weight because you allow to drop them…lol

    Deck of death: first time as rx’d
    Cap of 25 min. I had 13 cards left (half of them was sit up). I did all the pull up, and the running.
    Last time I did ring row instead of pull up and I finish in 31 min, I am pretty sure I will had finish it under 30 min this time (with real pull up)
