    Wod I made up:

    3 rounds of:
    9 front squats 65#
    7 knee raises
    5 burpees (down ups)

    Then 10 cal bike

    3 more rounds of same above

    Then 10 cal bike

    Took me 10:55

  2. Weighted pull ups x5
    35#kb x 5 x 3 sets … next time try 45#

    Bent over rows kB x 5 x 3 sets
    60-70-80 Next time use barbell

    Wod 3 rounds NFT
    5 heavy dball cleans
    9 toes to bar
    5 burpees over dball

    Cashout 15 cal bike

    Happy with the wod because I kept the toes to bar unbroken without much difficulty.
