      That was a gasser for sure, but the rest was a saving grace.

  5. WOD with Shane and Mario

    I hoped on the bike and the boys rowed.

    Did all half reps of DU up until the round of 30’s, then I took over.

    Calories on bike went as followed: 25, 22.5, 20, 17.5, 15, 12.5, 10, 7.5 (boys took over on the rower from there)

    Partnered with Miss Janet in the 6pm class.. we wanted some cardio and this workout definitely got our hearts pumping !
    First round she did 600(maybe 700m) then I finished rowing.. she started the skipping, I finished 60 or 70 doubles.. The rest we split down the middle.. I did 400m she did 30 doubles I did 10.. She finished the rowing, I finished skipping
    Skipping is not difficult for me so it felt like she was working harder.. 🤷‍♀️
    Today was a good test to see how my troublesome ankles react.
