20 Bar Muscle-ups (40 ring rows) 6/4 x3, then I did 8 and she did 2.. I lost count tbh 🤷♀️
The wallballs I tried to do with her alternating, but I felt like I was cheating with a 4# ball, then we decided to do 5 each, then I did the last 10
