    First time I ever did muscle ups in a WOD and I did all 10 and so did Jeff! Super happy today

    80 KBS (35#/15#) 5 each, I did the first and last as a set of 10
    60 Burpee Box Jumps (20″/12″) 2(or 3)/1
    40 Med Ball Situps (I did all the extra situps, she did not) (4#)
    20 Bar Muscle-ups (40 ring rows) 6/4 x3, then I did 8 and she did 2.. I lost count tbh 🤷‍♀️
    The wallballs I tried to do with her alternating, but I felt like I was cheating with a 4# ball, then we decided to do 5 each, then I did the last 10
