    Open gym with mike and Mel:
    WOD 1 for mayhem = 24+ 22 burpees = 46 (PR by 6 reps)
    WOD 3 for mayhem = 5 rounds + 2 kB snatch = 122 (17 rep pr)

  2. I went to OG to work on Mayhem wods with Mike and Heather.. I definitely need to attempt wod 1 again, those snatches even though they’re hang are a work in progress. .
    I did wod 3 with the 35# Rx kettle bell –
