    An hour goes by so quickly!
    Tara and I tackled a small workout with our rucks.. I’d like to do it again and when I have more time..

    My partners today we’re Dom and Pete, we did an extra round because there were 3 of us..
    We broke up the Wallballs (I used a 12#)15-15-10, the box jumps(20″) by 5 and the Kickouts by 10..
    The atmosphere in the gym today was quiet post Friday 17.2.. But everyone tackled the wod with energy .. Thanks to Mario for keeping us all on track when all we (well maybe just me)wanted to do was nap..
